HYDRAULIC JACKS aluminium

ALUMINIUM HYDRAULIC JACKS

HERE WE HAVE SOME DETAILS OF THE AJH AND AJS ALUMINIUM HYDRAULIC JACKS AVAILABLE IN CAPACITIES FROM 6.5 TONNE TO 100 TONNE.

These aluminium jacks are light weight yet have high lifting capacities, the use of high tensile aluminium alloy allows lifting capacities up to 100 tonnes allowing 1.8t lifting capacity per 1kg weight ratio.

Operating these aluminium hydraulic jacks is very simple and are supplied ready to use including oil, operating lever and where applicable a carry handle and lifting claw.

Ideal for use in workshops or on site for all kinds of lifting applications, often used in construction, ship building, power plants metal fabrication and general engineering to name but a few. Applications are unlimited.

ALUMINIUM JACKS WITH LIFTING CLAW:

Jacks From 20t are available with a lifting claw. These jacks are provided with an elongated base plate. The maximum permissible working load of the lifting claws is 40% of the jack capacity.

ALUMINIUM JACKS WITH SAFETY LOCK NUT;

Jacks from 20t can be supplied with a safety lock nut, this allows absolute safe jacking over a long period. In this case the jack can operate like a mechanical support and the hydraulic system can be totally released.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Strokes from 75 to 305 mm
• Extremely low weight
• The 6.5 and 10 tonne jacks can be operated in any position (plus upside down) and are equipped with spring return piston and stop ring.
• The 20 to 100 tonne jacks can be operated vertically or front face horizontally
• All jacks provided with overload protection valve.
• From 20 tonnes capacity with additional mechanical stroke limiter.
• All jacks with hardened alloy steel saddle and sensitive lowering valve which is activated by the operating lever

Standard jacks with plain pistons and jacks with safety lock nuts cannot be used with a lifting claw.

To increase stability, all jacks with long stroke (305mm) are equipped with an elongated base plate.
