HYDRAULIC CYLINDER, UNIVERSAL (YH MODEL)

DOUBLE ACTING WITH HYDRAULIC RETURN (5-200TONNE)

The double acting YH hydraulic cylinders are extremely robust and are used in heavy duty lifting applications mainly, but also for industrial production and assembly jobs.

The main areas of application are bridge building, civil engineering, off-shore, ship building etc. They are also used as power sources in frame presses, stamping fixtures and other industrial uses where high pushing and pulling forces are required.

The main features of the YH model are as follows:

• High pushing and pulling forces
• Double acting assures a high piston retraction speed
• Hydraulic return
• Long bronze piston guidings with strokes from 30 to 500mm
• Body and piston made from chromium-molybdenum steel & heat treated
• Double bronze bearing of the hard chromium plated piston
• Stop ring can bear full capacity
• Dirt wiper
• Interchangeable hardened saddle
• Oil port thread 3/8 NPT
• Carrying handle or lifting rings
• Operating pressure 700 bar max.
