Lifting Equipment LTD are able to supply a wide range of lifting gantry / mobile gantry in either mild steel or aluminium with capacities and dimensions to suit your individual requirements all designed to provide stable lifting & movement.

Can be supplier with manual chain blocks, trolleys or electric hoists to suit your application.

Parking jacks can be fitted at manufacture (optional extra) the SWL would be matched with the lifting gantry, with an adjustment of up to 450mm.

Our range of aluminium mobile gantry is very versatile with many flexible configurations all dismantled into four portable parts & re-assembled with just four bolts

Height & span adjustment in increments of 150 / 200mm. The Lifting Gantry has an anodised finish making it easy to wash-down and suitable for use in clean environments, can be fitted with trollies, chain blocks, electric hoists and other types of lifting equipment.

The wind down jack leg can be fitted at manufacture on can be retro fitted, sage working load would be matched to the SWL of mobile gantry with an adjustment of up to 300mm. Ideal for fine adjustment or levelling on uneven ground.

Some things to note:

• Never attempt to move the A Frame whilst underload
• Make sure you lift in a controlled manner, do not allow the load to swing as it can make the gantry unstable.
• Do not tow the gantry
• Do not allow persons to pass under the suspended load
• Never climb on unrestrained gantries
• Never place ladders on unrestrained gantries
• Always store and handle your mobile gantry correctly making sure you inspect the gantry, lifting block and any accessories before using them
• Make sure the floor on which the gantry is to be used is level, even and capable of carrying the load required.
• Ensure that you position the gantry so that the block is directly over the load to be lifted.
• If fitted apply brakes or the parking jacks before raising the load
• Don't forget to disconnect any power supplies to the hoist before moving the gantry to a new position

Always plan your lift, caution must be exercised in any lift. Make sure you are competent to carry out the lift, when inspecting the gantry prior to use or before putting into storage. Check for structural defects, damage, cracked welds, distortion, any missing or loose bolts or locking pins, any damage to jacks or wheels, in effective brakes or missing or damaged end stops. Report any concerns to a responsible person
